Acceptable Use Policy

This policy protects InstaReplAI, customers, connected platforms and end users from abusive, deceptive, unlawful or unsafe use of AI and messaging automation.

1. Lawful and authorized use

You may use InstaReplAI only for lawful business purposes and only with data, accounts, channels and permissions you are authorized to use. You must comply with privacy, marketing, consumer protection, telecommunications, anti-spam, platform and AI transparency laws that apply to your business.

2. Messaging and automation abuse

You must not use InstaReplAI to send, assist or optimize:

  • spam, unsolicited bulk messages or messages without required consent;
  • phishing, malware, credential theft, scams or fraudulent offers;
  • fake reviews, fake engagement, deceptive testimonials or manipulation campaigns;
  • impersonation of people, brands, public authorities or platform representatives;
  • messages that hide commercial intent or required AI disclosure;
  • campaigns that violate do-not-contact, unsubscribe or opt-out requests.

3. Prohibited content

You must not upload, generate, transmit or ask the service to process content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, violent, extremist, discriminatory, deceptive or otherwise harmful. You must not use the service to exploit minors or process children's data unlawfully.

4. Security and technical abuse

You must not:

  • probe, scan, attack, overload, reverse engineer or bypass security controls;
  • scrape, harvest or export data except through authorized product features;
  • share credentials, tokens or API keys outside authorized workspace users;
  • use bots or automation to create accounts, avoid limits or abuse trials;
  • interfere with other tenants, infrastructure, providers or connected channels.

5. Connected platform rules

You must comply with all third-party platform terms for connected services, including Meta, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Google, Gmail, Telegram, live chat, payment, commerce and calendar providers. If a provider changes its rules, limits or permissions, you must update your use of InstaReplAI accordingly.

6. Regulated and high-risk activities

InstaReplAI is not designed for emergency response, regulated professional advice, biometric identification, credit decisions, employment decisions, medical triage, legal advice, financial advice, insurance eligibility, housing eligibility or other high-impact decisions unless we approve the use in a separate written agreement with appropriate controls.

7. Enforcement

We may remove content, limit features, rate-limit usage, pause AI replies, suspend workspaces, revoke API keys, block integrations, preserve records, notify providers or terminate access when we believe this policy has been violated or there is a legal, security, platform or reputational risk.
