1. Plans, trials and checkout

Paid plans, add-ons, trial terms, promotions, AI usage limits and included features are shown at checkout or in the plan page. If a signed order form exists, the order form controls where it conflicts with this page.

2. Automatic renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected billing interval unless cancelled before renewal. We may send renewal, invoice or payment notices where required by law or product settings, but you remain responsible for tracking your renewal date.

3. Usage and limits

Usage may be measured by AI replies, messages, conversations, connected channels, seats, workspaces, tokens, automations, storage, bookings, API requests or other plan metrics. When limits are reached, we may pause AI replies, restrict features, require upgrade or charge for additional usage if disclosed.

4. Taxes and currency

Prices may exclude taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for applicable VAT, sales tax, use tax, withholding, duties, currency conversion, bank fees and payment processor charges unless law requires us to handle them differently.

5. Upgrades, downgrades and cancellations

Upgrades may take effect immediately and may be prorated or charged according to the checkout flow. Downgrades or cancellations usually take effect at the end of the current paid period unless otherwise shown or required by law. Feature loss may occur after downgrade or cancellation.

6. Payment failures and chargebacks

If payment fails, is reversed or becomes disputed, we may retry payment, contact you, suspend access, reduce limits, disable automations, withhold exports where lawful, reverse credits or WDRIM rewards and provide evidence to payment processors.

7. Refunds and service credits

Refunds, cancellations, partial credits, service credits, legally required withdrawal rights and WDRIM reward adjustments are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
