Data Deletion Policy

This policy explains how account users, business customers and end customers can request deletion of data processed through InstaReplAI.

1. Account deletion

Account users may request deletion by contacting privacy@instareplai.com from the account email. Where InstaReplAI uses Witdrim identity, deletion of the central Witdrim account may affect access to other Witdrim ecosystem services and may be handled under Witdrim account deletion rules.

2. Workspace deletion

Workspace owners or authorized admins may request workspace deletion. We may require account, role, billing or security verification before deleting workspace data, connected channel records, knowledge base files, automation settings and conversation history.

3. Connected account removal

Disconnecting Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Google, Gmail, Telegram, calendar, commerce or other integrations stops future sync and may revoke tokens. It does not automatically erase historical records already processed in the workspace unless deletion is requested or configured.

Platform-specific app deletion instructions, data deletion callback URLs and review-specific notices are TBD and will be completed before production app review where required.

4. End-customer deletion requests

If you are an end customer who messaged a business using InstaReplAI, the business usually controls your conversation data. We may ask you to contact that business or we may forward your request to it. We will assist the business customer in fulfilling verified deletion requests as required by law and contract.

5. Records we may retain

We may retain limited records where needed for legal obligations, billing, tax, fraud prevention, security, dispute handling, abuse prevention, audit logs, backups, chargebacks, provider compliance, enforcement of terms or proof of consent and deletion.

6. Timing and backups

Verified deletion requests are processed within a reasonable period and within legally required timelines where applicable. Backup copies may persist until overwritten or expired under backup retention cycles, but are isolated from active systems unless restoration is necessary for security or continuity.
