Overview Authorization Meta channels Google data Commerce Limits Deletion

1. Overview

InstaReplAI may integrate with Meta, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Google, Gmail, Google Calendar, Telegram, live chat, commerce stores, billing providers and future channels. Integrations depend on third-party APIs and approval processes that we do not control.

2. Authorization and credentials

You must have authority to connect each account, page, inbox, mailbox, calendar, store, phone number or business profile. You are responsible for maintaining permissions, tokens, webhook settings, provider approvals and access rights for your team.

You must not share access tokens, API keys or integration credentials outside authorized workspace users. We may disconnect or disable integrations if credentials appear compromised, invalid, abusive or unlawful.

3. Meta, Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp

If you connect Meta channels, you must comply with applicable Meta, Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp terms, developer policies, messaging rules, consent requirements, business verification, template rules, data deletion requirements and rate limits.

Meta may review, restrict, suspend or revoke access to apps, pages, accounts, permissions, phone numbers or messages. InstaReplAI is not responsible for provider enforcement, delivery failures, review delays or data made unavailable by those platforms.

4. Google, Gmail and calendar data

If you connect Google services, InstaReplAI uses Google user data only to provide user-facing features you enable, such as reading relevant messages, creating replies, checking calendar availability or creating bookings. Google user data is not sold and is not used for advertising.

Access to Google data is limited to the scopes authorized by the user and the product features enabled. You must not use InstaReplAI to violate Gmail policies, send spam or process Google user data without the required notices, permissions and lawful basis.

5. Commerce, payments and store data

Commerce integrations may process product data, order context, refund policies, shipping rules, customer identifiers and support history to help answer customer questions. Payment data is handled by payment processors where available; InstaReplAI should not receive full card numbers.

6. API changes, limits and outages

Providers may change APIs, permissions, prices, review rules, rate limits, quotas, webhooks or data formats at any time. We may adapt, pause or remove integrations to protect service reliability, compliance, cost control or security.

7. Disconnecting and deletion

Disconnecting an integration stops future sync for that channel but may not delete historical records already stored in your workspace. Deletion options are described in the Data Deletion Policy. Platform-specific deletion callbacks or URLs are TBD where required for app review.
