A social profile can be an Instagram account, Facebook Page or Telegram bot. Pick the channel that matters most on Starter, then add more connected audiences as you move up. Gmail inboxes and WhatsApp are counted separately from social profiles.

Overage

The AI keeps working during busy months.

After included replies and reply packs are used, automatic overage is charged at €0.035 per extra AI reply. Every workspace can set a monthly overage cap.

WhatsApp

WhatsApp is available as a €59/month add-on on every plan, including Scale. Official Meta/WhatsApp usage fees, when applicable, are billed separately from the InstaReplAI plan.

Pricing FAQ

What counts as an AI reply?

Only customer-facing AI-generated replies consume usage. Incoming messages and human replies do not.

Can I change plans anytime?

Yes. You can upgrade when volume grows or downgrade before the next billing cycle.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. New customers can test the product before connecting live automation.

What happens when I hit my limit?

Extra reply packs are consumed first. After that, overage can keep the AI replying up to your monthly cap.

Are Meta WhatsApp fees included?

No. The WhatsApp add-on covers the InstaReplAI connection and AI handling. Meta/WhatsApp usage fees are separate.

Is my data safe?

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with retention controls and deletion workflows.
