1. How to submit a request
Include your name, account email, workspace name if applicable, country/state, the right you want to exercise and enough detail for us to locate the data. A self-service request portal is TBD.
2. EU/EEA, UK and similar rights
Depending on your location and role, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent and information about processing. You may also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority.
3. US privacy rights
Depending on your state, you may request to know/access, correct, delete, obtain a portable copy, opt out of targeted advertising, opt out of sale or sharing, opt out of profiling with legal or similarly significant effects and appeal a denied request.
InstaReplAI does not currently sell personal data as commonly understood. If targeted advertising, sale/share or profiling activities are introduced, we will update this page and provide required opt-out mechanisms.
4. Verification
We may verify your identity, account ownership, authorization, workspace role, payment relationship or connection to the data before fulfilling a request. We may deny or limit requests that are fraudulent, unverifiable, excessive, legally restricted or controlled by a business customer.
5. Authorized agents
Authorized agents may submit requests where applicable law allows it. We may require proof of authorization, identity verification and direct confirmation from the individual whose data is involved.
6. Appeals
If we deny a privacy request and your law provides an appeal right, reply to our decision email with "Privacy Appeal" and the reason you believe the decision should be changed. Appeal escalation owner and timing are TBD pending legal setup.
